kram lig Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	I need your help guy's, We had a 2 inverter 6SE7041-1TK60-Z drives using on the crane's, Application in (Hoisting/Lowering). The first fault encounter is F025 (in inverter 02),which is shorted on line one/ UCE fault, So we open the drives and we found the 2tro resitor are exploded, also the 1 snubber upper and lower and fuses , we decided to replaced this resistor and also the 4 igbt's and 1 snubber upper and 1 snubber lower. So after we replacing it the said parts in line one, we power up the drives and we do the motion testing after a 10 sec. running on low-speed again the drives is exploded and we found out that all the parts in line one are all damages including the new igbts that we installed previously new are exploded, So we decided to replaced all damage parts, 4igbt's, 2snubber lower, 2 snubber upper, gating cards, 4resistor, fuses, we check the 3fiber optic connected to the ivi boards and also we check and megger the hoist motor, we do check the dc bus for possible short circuits. After we replacing all of these parts, Again we power up the drives and do the same we motion test and its all okey in normal speed hoisting and lowering. But the missarable happend after we back to the operation the crane,and after a 1 whole day of operation same problem encounter again the drives is exploded with line one, we check and we found all of the part are the same exploded. Sir, i dont know what iam suppose to do why the drives is not give a safe off signal to the plc and directly all the line one is exploded, there's a lot of part that we repalacing it and its very expensive. To all you guy's can you help me pls. about this problem. For now i do change all the exploded parts in line one also all the stuff in electronics box and swopping the current x'former in line 0ne, until iam waiting to anyone's reply. regards, cross beam

MeGo Posts: 33 Rating: (2)	Hey bro. IVI .. think abt if the IVI fire two IGBTs wrongly .. it's exactly like short circuit .. I would change IGD and IVI along with IGBTs & Snubbers .. fuses etc. There's a test box for testing Masterdrives .. You can call Siemens Office to support you with it. It can detect where is the faulty components 90% If you are in Dubai I would help but I think you are in Lebanon right ?!

pcisternas Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Dear we have the same problem few months ago, the problems was the IGBT, because we the new IGBT was counterfeit. for that I suggest buy direct to Siemens.
