One solution is using CT (for current measurement) and PT or VT(for voltage measurement).Check (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Current_transformer) as a sample.They transfer Power values to suitable signals for electronic modules.Try phoenix contact range of products and contact them for a suitable module.
