No PC Communication

These VFDs had purchased long back (about two and half year back)and never been used. Now we want to use them. I charged with precharging procedure. I programmed all VFDs with Keypad. All VFDs are working fine. When I connect my PC with drive monitor. I am not able to communicate. Drive moniter discover the node but shows "???????????????" If I open offline file & tried connect. parameters shows values with strange format. I made Factory Set & then Tried It was eastablised. But If disconnect & tried to reconnect it repeates same problem for all VFDs. Can any body suggest what is wrong? Thanks Arya P

If you are getting ?????????????when you try tofind the drive onlinewith Drive Monitor Please check the following Open Drive Monitor (Offline)- open drive properties- select unittype ex.MM430- selectunit version-select quantity of PZD( please try with 0 i think you have tried with 2) thengo online. hope it will solve your problem.
