PLCSIM timeout

Chetna Posts: 34 Rating: (0)	Hello All, I would like to know if there is any time limit to simulate a program onPLCSIM? I am using PCS 7 V7.1, SP1 with PLCSIM V5.4. I have to simulate programming as well as in WinCC at the same time. Thanks Chetna

I have to simulate programming as well as in WinCC at the same time. . . . There is no time limit for PLCSIM but there may be a time limit for WinCC runtime depending on the type of license. If you do not have the proper license (common situation on an ES)you'll start getting annoying license error messages after the demo time is over. Youmay choose to ignore these messages or you can deactivate/reactivate the WinCC runtime. Either way PLCSIM simulation keeps running.
