Dear Expert, I ahve a similar kind of problem... in my case all the SB are converted to FCs, and there is a FB 1 in S5 program which is converted to FC 0 in S7, this FC is responsible for the dynamic call of the SBs, I want to ask that can I reprorgam only the FC 0 using conditions to jump to the respective FC (SB in S5). Will this work, or its important to use the GRAPH for sequencer. Thank You Regards Talal Splitted from S5 95U CPU . |

I don't think that TalaS5 program actually uses S5 Graph as he says "this FC is responsible for the dynamic call of the SBs". |

Agree 100%. But even if it is not Graph5, My Idea would be anyway to use S7-Graph for larger sequence control, because it is very easy to handel, surely mutch better then a self - made sequencecontroller. What do you think? |

I gave up thinking a long time ago, it tends to interfere with being able to make quick and stupid decisions On a serious note, I can't really say if S7 Graph based sequencer is the best solution over a "Self made" Sequencer program. Its horses for courses as they say and each solution has their pluses and minuses. |
