load cell and plc

ni lar Posts: 39 Rating: (0)	Dear Friends, I am using Mettler Toledo Load Cell and siemens analog module 8AI x 12 bit. The load cell it's own display. But I cannot get the same weight valve in PLC. For example , load cell display shows 500kg. but PLC shows 320kg. I do not know how to do already. So if anyone know, pls advise me, Thanks. Best Regards

Marko Bursic Posts: 1410 Rating: (154)	apparently you don't have the right scaling of analog input, my suggestion is to measure analog output of scale ampifier and see if coresponding measurment on AI are equal. If so then find right scaling coeficients.
