when i make upload from s7-300 i find some blocks( FC) are locked what can i do to open this blocks

If you do not access to source of the function,You are the user and not authorize to see or change content of that function. Why do you want to check inside those blocks? If you want to understand functionality of a standard functions in STEP7,Select function and press "F1".
