Hello , A very detailed discussion was made previously on a same topic.One of our experts (billwest) prepared a document (OCM.pdf ) in which throughly explained the procdeure from STEP7 to WINCC in an illustrative way.Please see the whole topic here: Another problem with S7_m_c issues Contrary to what discussed above,For DBs which this attribute is not active,Tag creation should be done manually in WINCC "Tag Management" database which is really a time consuming job for big projects.
