i'm have a problem with my panel.

low water splashed in the slots of the panel.

then the panel was black color.

i turned off, and the turned on the panel, and then the screen is white color, no show the title and the macadress.

i'm try to reset to factory reset with prosave, but no connection between pc and hmi.

can i help me?

i did the steps in the manual, i tried several times with ProSave and wincc, incluse i tried with another panel and operates normally, but with this panel only appears white screen and does not recognize the connection when i try to use prosave.

a detail is that in the slot on the bottom right, the LED does not turn on.
