I am using the ether net cable. I was set the IP.adress In PC 192.168.1.25 and in device 192.168.1.30 ping is happening. have anybody idea.

Your communication is alsmost through. Check all the necessary Transfer Settings in Ctrol Panel of MP370. During Transfer of HMI Program, have you given IP Address of the device properly?? Sometimes we may to perform OS update before downloading the Porgram. is it asking for OS upade? what error message you are getting while downloading ?
