Need to log alarms/events in TP277 6"

Shabbir Ahmad Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear Members, I have developed TP277 6" HMI application in wincc flexible 2008. All features are working well but logging is not working. I have also defined alarm log path in "\\flash\simatic" but it has logged nothing in it. When I put a Simens memory card in this HMI to log in MMC then it shows "unsupported memory device". Please clear me that log can either stored in HMI memory or a separate MMC required Please also clear that why HMI giving "unsupported memory device".message Thanks in advance.

Which external storage locations are available on the various operator panels (TIA Portal/WinCC flexible/ProTool) for archiving data? I have also attached a pdf file available in this FAQ which gives compatibilty of Memory Cards with Various HMI. BR Hello, you cannot use this memory card with TP Sinceit supports following products only. S7-300/C7/ET 200S IM151 CPU Hope this helps.
