Old Cincinnatti Machine Fault Codes

I have a few faults which come up quite regularly & cause the machine to fault out, they are : 380500 - Profibus Fault On C1 Code 504 380500 - Profibus Fault On C1 Code 508 25201 - Axis C1 Drive Fault 25000 - Axis C H/W Fault On Active Encoder If anyone has any idea, I would really appreciate it as we are stumped !!!! CNC600 Posts: 455 Rating: (77)	Si1entRage76 380500 - Profibus Fault On C1 Code 504 380500 - Profibus Fault On C1 Code 508 I assume You're using SIMODRIVE 611 U (Profibus-connected with NC) You can find the detailed error description in this document, chapter 7. Both alarms (380500 + 504/508) point to the active encoder of the C-Axis. Problems might be: - Encoder cable - Encoder - Regulator board (to be checked/replaced in this order...)
