Thank you Catalinch ! I mean ..i just had 3 pumps for a discharge feed water pipes system...and they was being controlled by PLC ..so...when I'm operating them through HMI (Monitor LCD ) I want to display the Voltage and current value .... But I dont know how can to make it on I/O filed of WinCC flex... Thank you ! |

Hello xuanphu; You control the pumps by PLC... does the PLC read the current and voltage values for the pumps? Are there current and voltage sensors on the motors that send these readings to the PLC? If so, what registers (data address) are dedicated to these current and voltage values inside the PLC? If you can answer this question, all you have to do is to create tags in the WinCC Flex program that connect to these PLC addresses and connect them to an IO Field in your HMI pages. But first you must ensure that these values exist in the controlling PLC. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Are they "Electric Drive operated" pump or "Simple DOL Feeder/Starter". . If it is drive operated then drive may provide Current & Voltage as Analog Input of PLC. . But if it is a simple DOL then Energy Meter with Modbus Capability or converter which provides Current & Voltage as Analog Inputs to PLC is required. . |
