There is nothing NORM_X on CPU 313C (S7-300)

edwin saputra Experienced Member Joined: 2/12/2014 Last visit: 11/6/2025 Posts: 158 Rating: (0)	I want to simulate NORM_X on S7-1200, because S7-1200 can not be simulated with s7-PLCSIM, then I simulated with a S7-300 CPU 313C, but S7-300 CPU 313C don't have NORM_X. What replacement NORM_X on S-7300 CPU 313C? is there another way?

Dongerpure Posts: 262 Rating: (21)	Hello Edwin, I dont have information about S7-1200 but you cant use NORM-X for S7-300 series you have to use PLC SIM for the CPU300 series. Check with your Software Installation Package that you have S7-PLCSIM Version ** Hope it helps you

I use sensor 0-5 volt, but i change (-5volt/+5volt) at measurement range, because don't change to 0-10 at measurement. Dongerpure Posts: 262 Rating: (21)	Hello Edwin, Could you please provide me with more details. What type of sensor you are using for Eg.RTD or some other devices. If you have a device which give you range from 4-20ma you have to scale it accordingly with hi and low limits. Look at the blocks FC for Scale and unscale

So you can use fc105 as following: Your PIW at IN HI_LIM= 300.0 Lo_LIM=0.0 Bipolair= always 0 (your sensor can't go negative) See attached picture. By default measurement range (0-20mA).Now, I am using a voltage sensor reader with a minimum limit of 0 volts and 5 volts maximum. When i inject with high status, the value that appears is 3.74 volts instead of 5 volts. The output of which should NORM_X 1, here I can value 0.6. specifications of tranducer : SHENZHEN XINRIJIDA ELECTRIC POWER EQUIPMENTS CO.,LTD Model:LF-AVl2-34A41-0.510-300VAC Name:Single Phase AC Voltage Transducer Temp:23'C Humidity:6O % RH

Output value of scale just have a decimal value when i'm adjust analog input in minimum or maximum value. not constant at decimal value, but between minimum value and maximum value is a hexadecimal.
