sinamic S150 torque control mode, speed limitation

Gwen_1 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi I'm new here and I have a problem with a speed limitation in a torque control mode. I ve a Sinamic S150 which control a Test Bench. There are two mode speed control wich work well , and torque control that we never tested before. (asynchronous motor, encoder) When i switch in a torque control mode, the Drive control the torque and block the speed at a limit (225 rpm). but this limit never appear in the parameter. (1084 -1087 => set to 3600). and something strange if i change the value, there is an offset of 45 rpm. When i set the value to 150 the speed is limited to 195 rpm. I explore the Starter documentation whitout success. If someone have an Idea where does this limitation come from ? Nevertheless you may verify torque, current and power limits (p1520,..p640/p641,.. p1530,...in vector control) Please take a look into the list manual: https://www.automation.siemens.com/doconweb/pdf/SINUMERIK_SINAMICS_04_2010_E/LH1.pdf?p=1 respective into the function diagrams which may give you a closer view.

The parameter 1520 -1530 (torque limit ) are set to 1500 and 100 % (no limit here) the parameter 640 - 641 are set to 417 and 100 % (no limit too) (power limit 250 kW) so in my case the load (just for test) is very small only 12 N.m and the current too. It's not a torque limit, power limit or current limit. best regards

Gwen_1 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I joint an example of three function diagram (6040,6060, 6640) completed by data to complete the precedent data The 1407 parameter (answer C equivalent of 0000 0000 1100) 1407.3 =1 and 1407.2=1 (control speed and torque active) but no other limitation occur. Gwen_1 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	The torque mode is activated with the 1501 parameter so in this mode the parameter 1406.12 is set to 1 and the 1407.3 an 1407.2 are set to 1. (torque and speed active regulation) The speed limitation (1083 1086) are set to 6000 and -6000. Normally if a limit occur the 1407 parameter should change. The 1803 parameter is a factor in % which is set to 106 % but not a speed limitation. thanks

Gwen_1 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	the problem was solved It just due to a big torque gap in the friction caracteristic curve of the motor. before the gap i increase the speed with à few added torque, at the gap i need to mutiply by 2 the torque set point to increase the speed. thanks
