In the attached videos, I show a never before seen behaviour: Behold! The NC faulted after a while when the machine was running. The 7-segment display went off (except for the dot). PLC was ok and runnning. NC was faulted. (watch video). You could see the PLC (MPI=13) on the S7 manager network. Then power off/on and the NCU went berserker! All leds lit and the 7-segment display show a 1-1-6 code. Any one knows how to decode that? I couldn't set the NC / PLC to default settings using S3/S4. All I could get was either a 2 or 3 showing up. Then I took it off, tried a 'suspicious' NCU and swapped the COM, DRV, an PLC daughter boards. Plug it in. Fired it up. And I could then set the NC/PLC to default settings. But the question remains: what the hell happened to to the 'new' NCU? AttachmentNC_PLC.zip (118 Downloads) |
