That certainly is a tall order. The first things I would recommend for learning would be an in-class PCS 7 training. Short of that you can read the PCS 7 On Tour book which lays out a path to learn the basics in 10 days (albeit full time).

If you do not have the PCS 7 On Tour Book then please read the PCS 7 Compendium Part A- Configuration Guidelines.
