I have some problem with a PLCSIM tool. It isn't possible to load a configuration from the Step 7 v5.5 to the PLCSIM, altough it is correctly configured and connected with a Step7.

I've tried to change PC/PG configuration and every time a result was the same - a short warning ""Unable to reach the module CPU by means of the subnet assigned to the programming device /PC".

Interesting is that a TIA Portal cooperates with the PLCSIM without any problem. I think that a problem is in some way related to upgrades of the TIA enviroment, which I made two days ago.

To be honest I wouldn't like to re-nistall all SIMATIC software, because it isn't a short-time procedure. Perhaps some of you has the same problem ?

It is possible to change a PC/PG mode both from the simulator and from The setting PC/PG interface placed in the Step 7 directory.

In the past I've used two modes PLCSIM(MPI) or PLCSIM(profibus) and they've worked correctly.

A local Siemens representative said that Service Pack 4 should solve my problem, but unfortunately after update a situation is the same as before.

I've prepared several screenshots from my Step 7 environment, to show more precisely the whole problem.
