yes, i removed all other connection exept power supply, porblem still exist.

please help if you have any ideas.

If still all leds on there is a problem with the cpu.

yes, LED's still on for all even when applying input signal, also i found another problem that when I'm trying to download any program, i got a failure messages, just for very simple program it can be downloaded but for any program that could include timer/ countter or several NO/NC instruction, then it failed.
