ee09140 Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hello to all, myquestion is: after havingconclued in the Tag Logging, a tag for temperature and another tag for a device, I show the curve of the temperature through the archive of the tag temperature in control trend online but at the same time I wanted to show in an I/O field or in a label the value of the tag of the device without use a trend curbe, how I canuse the archive of the tag of a device to cruse the data of the curbe temperature and the value of the device? is this possivel? thaks for your attetion ee09140

Well.. online trend control has a ruler, and you can display the instant values archived on the time where the ruler is located... so if you had curves for both tga,s this way you could see the instant value for both of them! However, without using a trend for the device, the tag is being displayed in a trend, so several values from this tag will be displayed at once... you'll need to "inform" the system of the exact date and time you wish to view the device's value... So... first you need to decide how this date and time will be input, whether it's the value from the ruler on the tag's trend, or a manual input, and then you need to query the database to display the archived value in the I/O Field... This trend should plot a curve corresponding to the tag of that particular device.May be I can give the tag of the device as the object name. Danielle Posts: 1275 Rating: (123)	Hi, I don't use VB to configure trends... I use C.. with C you could easily pass the archive tag and other configuration parameters... This way, when the user clicked the analog display, the trend window would be displayed and all parameters input already...
