Hello Everybody,

We want to communicate our system CPU319F-3PN\DP with IM151-7 CPU over Profibus DP-DP coupler(physical device mounted).

We have laid cable from our last terminal i.e SEW movidrive connector out to IM151-7 cpu coupler by keeping termination ""off ""at my(SEW movidrive) end and ""on""" at coupler.

At hardware side we have added universal modules with ""out-in"" 64bytes.

After these settings we have following led's

SF1-red

SF2-red

BF1-no led(IM151-cpu out connected)

BF2-red(our last node connected)

When I go online it shows me configured match is not available.

cable from last node to coupler is approx 10mtr with 1.5baudrate.

Please let me know if any possible troubleshooting steps.

A DP/DP coupler expects a Master on each side,and behaves a slave for each of these CPUs.
It is used to interconnect Masters on two different Profibus networks.
See picture in annex.

The problem is that the IM151-7 is a DP slave, not a DP master.
See 6ES7151-7AA10-0AB0One possible Master is your your CPU 319.
But the second Master cannot be the IM151-7 (excepted if you add a DP Master Module to the ET200S configuration).

I wonder why you use a DP/DP Coupler.
The IM151-7 can be directly a slave of the CPU319.
