I have TIA portal v13 SP1 and tried to add in my project IM151-3 6ES7 151-3AA20-0AB0, but this module doesn't exist in catalog. What can i do?

this IM is to old and not supported in TIA Portal.

You can install the GSD for the IM and work in this way.
