I don't know how to configuration program block for CP341 in tia portal v13 professional  because i never use this program now it first time for me

 You have several options:

1. Find sample programs for TIA portal based on the application you require such as Modbus Master or others.
2. Find samples for STEP 7 and migrate.
3. Searching for topics discussed previously on the same issue.Like THIS discussion from last year.
