Update OS of OP73 via Prosave

HF7, exactly used Prosave program.PC/PPI Multi master cable (with COM- 6ES7901-3CB30-0XA0)is used for link. But I couldn't establish connection. I tried to adjust baud rate but without access. Can someone tell me parameter for connection. In OP73 and in Wincc flexible are adjusted serial communication for this. In Prosave, I can't establish neither update OS nor device status. Because of that the transfer start properly and Wincc flexible show me message that image file is old andnotice me tomust update OS. in prosave (I start from wincc flexible directly) on command for device status, OP73 send me information abou current and valid data in flash memory of OP73. But when I start update OS after few seconds update is aborted and block the next atempt to update (I must reset Op73-exactly switch off and then switch on power supply). What is interesting? Booting-every time is switch on and I can't change (switch off). This field is greyed. This is only what I can see what is a little strange (this is different in related on link which you send me where is explanation how to do update OS). TAnyway, thank you for your help.
