I am trying to configure HSC of s71200 very simply but it doesn't work. i choosed single phase count up and the input on I0.6  and downloaded it to the device. 

I attached the pic. I used PTO  as input , I used 24 v as input but nothing changed

Then your count value is on ID1012

Which version of s7-1200?

Which firmware?

Which version of TIA?

What do you mean by not working?

What do yo mean by used PTO as input?

Assuming you have version DC/DC/DC with firmware 4 where you are able to select the input of HSC and you configured it correctly.

And assuming you are simulating an encoder by feeding the PTO pulse output into the input of the HSC and assuming by not working you meant not counting the pulses then you may want to try two things:

1- Adjust the DI filter setting to its lowest possible setting.

if that doesn't do it:

2- Try lowering the pulse rate of the PTO. The ONs and OFFs might be two fast to be picked up by the digital input.  Also bear in mind that input I0.6 is for a max 30Khz. 

One more thing in your move function use ID1000:p

Edit: I'm not very familiar with firmware 4 and not sure whether your PTO is using HSC1 and therefore you will have to use a different one. Check the manual
