How to download from TiaPortal to HMI via Teamviewer VPN

andrewF Posts: 87 Rating: (1)	Hi! Can you help me with connect to remote HMI via TeamVieVPN ? I can connect to PLC from STEP7 and I can connect to PLC from TIAPortal......but I CANT conecct to HMI (KTP600 connected to PLC via Ethernet). Into the remote PC I can ping HMI and this worked....but I cant ping from local PC.

If the Ping from you local PC to the PLC is working but no to the HMI then the IP have another Range or the HMI is not conneted to the same network like the PLC. Regards Christoph

Yes add route rule, so my PLC connected.... like this : 1) for PLC: route add 10.100.156.43 mask 255.255.255.255 7.xxx.xxx.xxx metric 1 2) for HMI: route add 10.100.156.44 mask 255.255.255.255 7.xxx.xxx.xxx metric 1 which IP have you HMI? 10.100.156.40 (remote PC) 10.100.156.43 (remote PLC) 10.100.156.44 (remote HMI connected to second Ethernet IF of PLC) HMI can read data from PLC !! If the Ping from you local PC to the PLC is working but no to the HMI then the IP have another Range or the HMI is not conneted to the same network like the PLC I tried connect remote HMI directly to remote PC..... but it didnt help....
