I would like to know if it is possible to read/write a single bit directly from a word in a DB without any filter.

In S7 you could write to DB100.DBX4.0, when also using DB100.DBW4.
Now that TIA uses the symbolic name ("TestDB".testword) and does not give a real adress like in S7, I don't know how to acces it directly.

Please use AND/OR instruction with your tag "TestDB".testword  and mask your particular bit.

Exp.

For set a db1.dbX4.0 bit use OR instruction with 0001  and for reset it use AND instruction with FFFE. so your all bit stay as it is and specific bit will set/reset.

This is not needed in PLCs. They are designed to execute operations on single bits directly.
