The online/offline compare is done by comparing time stamps. In first screenshot there are different time stamps, so far correct that TIA shows difference. Online at a S7-300 there is no symbolic available. Thats why also screenshot 2 is correct. You see, network compare is green, because logic seems to be same. Screenshot 3 shows, in my mind, particullary download. So you only want to download one block. When click to download button, it depends where the marker is set in project navigation tree. Only mark one block means, only this block is beeing downloaded. Mark the program block folder, he try to download all blocks. Mark the whole station, he download everything. You can also select download by right click. Please try "download all (hardware and software) Furthermore, in V13 the online/offline compare of a S7-300 was a little faulty in some scenarios. If possible, try to upgrade to V13 SP1 with the actual Update 8.
