i have the TIA software V13 and want to know how i find out the following

1. if my licence is installed

2 if i am up to date as it asking me to up date to sp8 but nothing seems to happen as it keeps asking me to up date 

just want to make sure all is up to date

 Hello , 

1. In licence manager you can check all installed and running licence.

2. Open your software and go to " HELP "  and check the version and Service pack of the installed software.

Hello Andewdaw,

                           If u want to update ur V13 means , Firs u have to update v13 sp1 and u can update8 if u needed .. Is must to do v13 sp1 .

i have had a loo on my software and it say that i have sp1 installed then it asks me to instal update 8 its this that seems not to work

The error you got means that you did not download all the parts including the exe or they are not in the same folder.

The last post is not clear, if you already have sp1, what is the problem in making the hf8 upgrade ?
