i am going to use S7 1212C first time is it possible to communicate it directly to Wincc SCADA  then how?

Which SCADA?  Which WinnCC?

If it is a current panel/current software (TIA), then no problem.

If not, OPC should work.

I assume you have PROFINET/Ethernet.

as already mentioned, it's possible. If you are dealing with WinCC v7.3 it's easy, you can add S71200/1500 driver in tag management (see attached pic).

Otherwise, OPC.

as already mentioned, it's possible. If you are dealing with WinCC v7.3 it's easy, you can add S71200/1500 driver in tag management (see attached pic)..

If you must use  WinCC V7.x  then you must use WinCC V7.3 / V7.4 

Otherwise you can use  WinCC V13 advanced / Professional depending on your requirement.
Using TIA , connection to S7-1200 is a native feature. ( Normally for a S7-1200 WinCC Advanced should be sufficient at a much lower cost )

Here is a n application example for WinCC 7.3 :

 WinCC Connection to S7-1500, S71200 and ET 200SP
