HMI MP277 10" touch in secure mode and stopped working the touch

I have an HMI MP277 10" touch, she is installed in a flowpack machine, last week she went into secure mode and stopped working the touch, ever since I'm using a mouse to access the screens. I am able to access the control panel using the password 000. Can anyone help me? See the attachments! by google translate. Boa Tarde! The HMI out of secure mode by removing the password, but the touch not yet returned to work, I tried but I could not do CALIBRATION, the touch screen does not respond to any touch. Thanks it helps! Hello, Only for test ...... If you connect a mouse on the MP277 what happens? In the manual above go to Tab 6.3.5.4 with mouse help (if function). And you have a original program?

When I try to make the recalibration step 2 does not run because the touch screen is not sensitive.It appears to be disabled or off. I'm going BACKUp and I will make the OS update. Oi! Quando tento fazer a recalibraçao o passo 2 nao executa pois o touch screen nao tem sensibilidade. Parece estar desabilitado ou desligado. vou fazer backup e vou fazer update o SO.
