A DC- link voltage of 540V DC is absolut normal. You can test in V/f mode and you shouldn´t get any fault, also when no motor is connected.

The Dc link voltage 660 Vdc. Input supply 420 V ac.

The problem is high  dc link voltage,Connected resistor heating.Could anyone help to solve the problem.

Is this is the issue of Braking Chopper
