try a reorganisation of the project. 

go to file->save as... there you can take the option "with reorganisation(slow)"

I have a s7 multiproject which has internal connection between the single projects, recently a message appears when i trying to open any of these single projects "The project contain error in  internal data structure"

Actually I don't know what is the problem?

This type of error generally comes when you compile your project (charts). During compilation if you open any chart in your project. "The project contain error in  internal data structure" comes.

So for avoid this type of error first you compile your charts and then open.

I think its helpful for avoid this type of error.
