From last day we have problem in sensor module of sinamics (encoder module), we have changed the sensor cable, power cable drive cliq and also torque motor but problem didn't sovled when we coupled it with the load it is given encoder fault and when we run decoupled it was running ok so what i got from this is we have to reset the encoder zero position as it is torque motor so any one know about this fault and can any one tell the procedure how to reset encoder from starter we are using sinamcis CU320 control unit..............
