The motor can not run with load in SIMOTION D ?

We have one SIMOTION D system： SIMOTION D – control units D425 , ver: D; 6AU1 425-0AA00-0AA0; Active Line Module: 6SL3130-7TE21-6AA3; Single Motor Module: 6SL3120-1TE23-0AA3; motor: 1PH7107-2PG03-0BA0; Double Motor Module: 6SL3120-2TE15-0AA3 Some days ago, there is alarm 31115 which means: Encoder 1: Amplitude error track A/B fault (A^2 + B^2) showed up. We changed the cable and motor module, checked the ground wire and even made a new one, but the alarm is still there . Then we took the motor ( 1PH7107-2PG03-0BA0) out from machine and tested it without load in the same system. Everything is ok, even we ran it in 9000 rpm. We put it back, ran it with load. Around 1500 rpm, alarm 31115 showed up again. We used Starter to monitor it, but did not find connections between the alarm and parameters (torque, current...) Could someone help us fix this problem? Thanks a lot.
