I have a variable with a resolution of 65535 would be the 16 bit resolution, when I pass the half of the analog, the last bit is raised and starts to display in negative. How can I see for example 40.000?

 Integer =  -32767 - 32767

Word = 65535

So change the Tag tybe from INT to WORD.

That is not necessary because CPU do not tell WORD from INT, but online view do show WORD as hex, not as dezimal.

So I like more the idea to use a DINT (32 Bit, 4 Billions)

 I wanted to know this because I asked a friend of mine who uses OMRON and is a little hesitant with SIEMENS  then I asked for confirmation, I also told him so. He must display this value on an HMI

 Omron has data type of unsigned integer like the S7-1200 and S7-1500 has now.

You can use your value as INT or WORD if you are not worried on the Siemens side to see negative number or hexadecimal number in the program monitor. Omron can read the 16-bit number as UINT.

Using DINT is good solution, but maybe go DINT early so not to make INT go negative for program monitor.
