how can i convert the PEW signal in order to get the real temperature??

I recommend little bit learn and check what PEW/PIW means with <data type> meaning. Hints:

1. what is that W in PEW/PIW

2. in case of other data type as you want, you need probably conversion to other data type.

3. most important is (you didn't post this info) in which language you want to do this.

Update: ok, better start hint is go to Online table, set that PEW address there and check value. You can get automatically set data type of your requested value. Try another data types there and compare with +/- real temp.

PEW is the analogue input signal(type INT) which i get it from PT1000, it represent the value of resistance of the resistance thermometre that depend on the temperature 

for example in pt100 we devide PEW signal into 10 in order to get the temperature value ,what must i do in case of PT1000?

PT100 and PT1000: Both sensors have the same temperature function; The Pt1000 values are simply a factor 10 higher.

Maybe you can try to divide by 100 instead of 10.
