Hello all:

I am using D425 with FlyingSaw application.

I was using Lenze 9300 for same FlyingSaw application.

With Lenze 9300 , no problem with length of our product at any speed... Very rarely we got on various in 1mm at high speed.

With D425 , we have big problems:

           (1) Difference in length at small speed (about 8mm).

          (2) Difference in length increase with speed increasing to reach to 15mm.

          (3)  If i increase speed must be tune length in HMI.

          (4)  Attached picture for some information and error.

Any one can not say : "Have mechanical problem" , The same Mechanical System run very well with Lenze 9300.

How can i solve  from Siemens Software.?

I am no Simotion specialist unfortunately, but an increasing following error depending on the speed sounds to me like a problem with the controller settings. On the drive side I know this effect in case the speed precontrol is not enabled at the position controller. Maybe you should check this one. Or there is maybe some torque limitation, so that your drive runs at its limits (speed limit / torque limit / acceleration limits etc.). Also your error seems like your synchronism operation exceeded the dynamic limits of your axis. Maybe one of the other guys knows the system better and can give a more detailed information than me.

I adjust in Actual Value (Filter on Actual Value)  and Extrapolation Time for external encoder, the results are better.

But :

How i can calculate suitable values to got on exact results?.

Also , how i increase/decrease speed of following axis about guide axis ?
