Dear Experts,

We have PCS7 7.0 SP3  redundant server with 5 os client and customized PCS7 metal library.

We are facing issue in one of our os client pc. We are not able to see Interlock text in faceplate.

We are facing this issue in only one client pc rest of 4 client pc are working ok..

Please find attached screenshot of faceplate of two os client.

Is there any way to resolve this issue.

I checked GraCS folder of both OS Client and both are same. Though i have copied all associated faceplate files from the working client to the non working client and results are still same.

I think there is no issue with .pdl file.

Is there any other option to check?

Since it is a custom faceplate,I cannot direct you to the root cause, but can you copy the associated faceplate files from the working client to the non working client? I think the client with the problem does not have the correct faceplate file?
