By making HMI tags and displays for each bit in the 14 words I have verified that: 

DB501.DBW458 Bit 1 in WinCC SCADA is DB501,DBX459.1

And my gear levers look correct on the basic panels :-)

But I still need to get the simulation with PLCSIM to work as can be seen here:

 When you test it, you will get the exact thing. Without testing it is always a guess work. Might be this might be that might be something else. So better start testing to get the result you need.
