Comfort Panel: alarm object is empty

Was there a solution to this? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Alarm Buffer Disappears.

Often this alarm object is empty, no buffered alarms show up. It is only on one of the HMI's. The others that are configured the same do not have this issue.

Hati Platinum Member Joined: 9/21/2012 Last visit: 9/10/2025 Posts: 4708 Rating: (510)	The only way Siemens knows how to solve it, is to insert a USB stick to the panel, and configure the alarm log to the USB stick. Then the alarms will not disappear from the alarm log. This also help to the problem, when the panel has a power cycle, the alarm log is empty after a boot up. With the USB stick, the old alarms in the log will be available on the alarm log.
