rocky raji Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi , we are facing all of our machine this problem, HMI stuck in boot loader, recently i installed pro save software. HMI problem images and videos attached . Update to latest possible firmware and download the project again from TIA Portal. You can find information hot-to-do-it with forum search: KTP firmware update

The place you can look is in: (when using default storage position) C:\Program Files\Siemens\Automation\Portal V14\Data\Hmi\Transfer\14.0.1\Images\KTP400 Or simply search in file explorer of Windows for the search terms: ktp400 kind:fwf Regards.
