According to your description I would simply use two fixed frequency settings.
Fixed frequency 1 with 60Hz and fixed frequency 2 with the second setpoint.
You can use DI3 to switch between the two fixed frequencies.

there is no macro available that will fit your requirement to 100%.
So you will have to adapt some parameters anyway.

I would use Cn005 for basic setting and orientation.
You can simply adapt it afterwards according to your needs.
In my understanding of your description you just have to:
- change  p1000 to 3 for fixed frequency setpoint
- change p0702 (DI2) to 12 for reversing direction
- change p1020 to 722.0 (DI1)
- change p1016 to 2 (binary selection)

Another possible solution could be the 2/3-wire control, check p0727 for possible settings.
