KTP400 Assign IP Adress don't work

BrianSartori Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello I'm with an application with an S7 1200 and an HMI KTP 400 Basic The IP is in 0.0.0.0 I can not change the IP of the HMI because it is in execution mode. I can not get into the Control Panel because when the Start Center buttons appear I can not click them and my application already starts. I can find it on the network by Mac Adress (ISO) but I can not download a new version of the software. I have already tried the factory reset by USB and Pro Save also without success. Can someone help me? Best Regards
