Few days back, we found TP was fallen inside operator panel, due to this cable connected with touch screen found detached. We have connected back the cable and since then TP is just getting On but none of its functions are working

Can someone advice for the same

Also we dont have editable backup for the same, which is required during installation of new OP - request to advice on how to take editable backup... we know backup of TP taken via Prosave or WinCC but not sure about the editable back up

We are familiar with Prosave but in case we need to replace defective TP with new one, we would need to have editable backup, in case of backup via Prosave, Source data is not backed up, but this would be needed to be restored in case of new TP

Can you please advice on the following :

1. How to backup Source data as well for existing TPs which are running fine - as we only have Prosave back up for existing TPs - this wud be required in future in case of failure of TPs

   2. In case of our defective TP, only display is ON, in this case is there any way to take backup, which can be restored in new OP
