Hello All,

                I have TP 1500 COMFORT Hmi,whole hmi functioning slow down, when i download one script for moving audit trail .csv file in to pc via network,but now i have removed that script,till now it is slow, i have done screen calibration, but their is no effect.

When I download a HMI Backup From Tia v13 sp1, the downloading is not completing, I have wait for 1/2 hour but till downloading is not completed,when i exit runtime one pop up came restart on not.

Can I download a backup Via Pack & Go.

I have done power off & on.

Please Help Me with this ASAP.

Split from DOWNLOADING OF PROGRAM TO HMI.

No Previously Hmi Backup Downloaded Successfully,But When I gave Destination Path Of One of IPC Of seimens which is in network,Hmi backup Din't Get down;loaded in hmi.

1)Transfer,Setting Pop up is not coming when I exit Runtime,when I check transfer setting in hmi it is on Automatic mode option selected is ETHERNET.

2)I have attached A popup That is coming rightly after runtime exit.
