PISCEAN 2010 Posts: 8092 Rating: (884)	Hello, Is it new machine supplied by DMG under warranty? or do you have maintenance contract with DMG? As you can see on screen, it asks for password which is set by DMG, no any other third party can help you. Please check & if want to wave off waranty/service contract with DMG, ask their service dept to deactivate this screen/message. HTH.
