The customer checked all thee points without any succesful. Below his answer:

We have already reviewed all these points before, however, today we have stopped more on each of them to ensure 100%.
- The fans are working properly.
- We have released the NCU board and the motherboard internally. All contacts, connectors,... have been cleaned with contact cleaner and blown.
- It has been measured with a multimeter to check that there is continuity between the connections of the boards, and between the "power supply" board with the Battery Plugin.
- The memory modules that go in the PLC have been removed and also blown and cleaned.
- Same with the PCMCIA.

After all these verifications, we have reassembled, and started the machine again. Everything remains the same. However, we will comment again:

Every time we start, the NCU charges with the +5V LED on steady, the PS LED flashing and the PF on steady. The display is 6.
Reset NC with the selector S3 and PLC with S4 and the whole process from 2-3-2, ... and PR turns green.
Restoring the PLC copy completes the whole process correctly, but restoring the NC copy always tells us that the process has ended with errors.
We always keep in mind the alarms 2101 and 2102 NCK Battery Alarm.

It's enough with the NC-box or it's neccesary also the NCU-card?

Thanks!. The matter was solved replacing only the NCU box. We kept the mother card, and so on.
