Cabling over 2.5 m to tekstdisplay TD100C is it possibel ?

Before I buy a tekstdisplay TD100C I like to know, if I have over 2.5 m from the PLC to the panel and therefore not can use the standard cabel from siemens, is it possibel to make my own and how to make sure that the communication is good. I have about 30 m from the PLC to the place where the TD100C panel shall be. Regards Claus
