I am trying to wire some 4-20mA ultransoinc sensors to this Analog input card 6ES7134-6HD01-0BA1.

Is this card only for loop powered 4-20ma devices?

Yes, one terminal of each current imput is connected to a DC power supply in order to supply loop power, as the yellow high-lighted descriptions state in the link below.   The current inputs are not compatible with active powered sourcing analog outputs.

The card also has voltage inputs (shown on the right side in the diagram).  You could drop the 4-20mA across a 500 resistor (across the input terminals) and get 2-10Vdc signal which you'd have to scale appropriately on the 0-10V input range.
